Laddus are simple sweet recipes which are very common in India especially South India. These Laddus are round globule sweets made up of flour and sugar.
Rava Laddu is a simple Sweet recipe made in South India especially Tamil Nadu, where the Rava is roasted and added to sugar and made into ball shaped sweets.
Rava Laddu is a simple recipe easy to make and good to taste.

Ingredients:
- Rava – 1 cup
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Ghee – ¼ cup
- Cashew – 10
- Cardamom – 1 tsp


Method:
Heat little ghee in a pan and fry cashews and keep aside. In the same roast rava in the remaining ghee till nice aroma comes.
Add roasted rava,cardamom powder and sugar powder in the mixie and grind well.
Heat ¼ cup of ghee in a pan and add ground powder and cashews.
Mix well with a ladle.
Make lemon size balls when it is hot.



Note:
If you not able to make balls, sprinkle little milk and make.
If you want to make large quantity, you can grind it in the milling machine.
You can add coconut also.
