Ingredients:
- Paneer – 200 gms
- Onion – 1
- Carrot – 1 small
- Red, yellow, green capsicum – 1 each
- Chilli Sauce – 1 ½ tablespoon
- Tomato puree – ½ tablespoon
- Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tablespoon

Method:
Cut paneer into cubes.
Cut onion, carrot and capsicum into lengthwise (Julian cut).
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, carrot and capsicum one by one and sauté for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and sauté.
Add Chilli Sauce, tomato puree, salt and mix it well.
Close the pan and cook.
Finally add pepper powder mix it well and serve.
Note:
If you want gravy you can add little water.
If you want saucy texture you can add one teaspoon corn flour mixed with water
