Mango vanilla verrines is a simple and easy dessert. If you have custard powder and mango you can make this dessert in 10 to 20 minutes. It tastes very good. You can make various verrines with different fruit pulps. Now let us see how to make


Ingredients:
- Mango – 1
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Cherries – 3
- For Custard
- Milk – 1 cup
- Vanilla custard – 1 tblsp
- Sugar – 4 tsp


Method:
Peel and cut the mango. Add 4 tsp sugar and mango into the mixie and grind.
Add vanilla custard powder, milk and sugar in a pan and stir well.



Boil this mixture in the gas stove and make smooth custard without any lumps (stir continuously).
Take 3 tall glasses and add vanilla custard for the first layer, mango pulp for second layer.
Repeat this and fill the whole glass. Garnish with cherries. Refrigerate and serve chill.
Note:
Use strawberry pulp and make strawberry verrines.
Make custard carefully or else custard will have more lumps.
