Tandoori recipes are good for health, as they do not include any oil. People who intend to lose weight can include Tandoori recipes often in their diet. Normally when one thinks of Tandoori recipes, immediately Tandoori Chicken will come to mind, but Tandoori Cauliflower or Tandoori Gobi is an ideal alternative available for all vegetarian lovers. Try out this Tandoori Cauliflower or Tandoori Gobi recipe, it tastes too good and it is quite simple.






Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 20 florets
- Curd – 2 cups
- Besanflour – 2 tblsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Jeera – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chat masala powder – ½ tsp
- Ajwain – ½ tsp
- Kasoori methi – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp






Method:
Hang the curd in a clean muslin cloth for about half an hour. Add hung curd in a bowl. Dry roast besan flour . Add all the ingredients in the bowl except cauliflower and mix it well. Cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower in the mixture and marinate well. Refrigerate the cauliflower for half an hour. Pre heat the oven 180 degree for 10 minutes. Place aluminium foil in a baking tray. Place the marinated cauliflower in the aluminium foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with onion rings and tandoori chutney.



Note:
If you don’t have oven, you can cook it in a tava. Sprinkle little oil over the cauliflower and cook.
Baking time may vary according to the size of cauliflower and oven. You can adjust.
Don’t cook cauliflower more in water. Just cook for 10 minutes.
