Cup corn is a easy snack recipe for this chill weather. We can make in just five minutes.
Whenever i see sweet corn i pick up 2 or 3 and separate the kernals with hand while watching the tv and store it in the air tight container and use it for about 3 to four days. It is handy for myself. Sometimes i forget to use also.

Ingredients:
- Sweet corn – 1
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 2 pinch
- Oregano – 2 pinch
- Lime juice – ½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
Method:
Take the corn kernals from sweet corn. Add corn, 2 tsp water and salt in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 2+2 minutes in power 80 degree. Add butter, Pepper powder, oregano and lime juice when it is hot. Mix it well and serve hot.



Note:
You can steam cook the corn or else cook in boiling water.
You can add chaat masala and red chilli powder also(another combination).
