You can make strawberry syrup in the strawberry season and use whenever strawberry is needed. You can refrigerate and use it for about two to three months. You can make juice, shake, lassi, popsicle … Use it as a spread also.
Now let us see how to make strawberry syrup
- Strawberry pulp – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
Clean and wash strawberry. Grind it in a mixie. Add strawberry pulp and sugar in a pan and and cook till it becomes thick (not too thick).
Do not make too thick because it will be hard when cool.
You can refrigerate and use.
