I had one apple, one small pomegranate, one kiwi, few strawberries and one cup grapes in my fridge. So i decided to make one recipe out of it. Suddenly salad idea came . so i made this salad with left out fruits. Mixed fruit salad is an easy and simple recipe. It is a healthy recipe too.
Here goes how to make


Ingredients:
- Apple – 1
- Strawberry – 6 to 7
- Kiwi – 1
- Pomegranate – 1 cup
- Green grapes – 1 cup
- For salad Dressing:
- Demerara sugar – 2 tsp
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Black salt – ¼ tsp
- PepperPowder – ¼ tsp
- Oregano – ¼ tsp (Crushed)

Method:
Peel and cut the apple into small cubes. Dip the apple cubes in the salt water to prevent color changing.
Cut strawberry into thin slices. Peel and cut kiwi into small cubes. Reserve few strawberry slices, grapes, kiwi and pomegranate for garnishing.
Add all the fruits and seasonings in the bowl and mix it well.
Transfer it to the serving bowl and garnish with reserved fruits and serve.



Note:
You can add chilli flakes instead of pepper powder.
Add all the seasoning in a small container mix well and use.
