Ingredients:
- Sakkaravalli Kizhangu – 1
- Red chilli – 1
- Curry leaves – few
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Mustard – ¼ tsp
- Urad dal – ¼ tsp



Method:
Cut sakkaravalli kizhangu in to round pieces. Cook sakkaravalli kizhangu with salt in the pressure cooker for one sound. Drain the water. Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard, redchilli and urad dal. When they crackle add curry leaves and add cooked sakkaravalli kizhangu and stir well and serve.



Note:
You can add green chilli instead of red chilli for seasoning.
If you want you can add grated coconut also.
If you want you can cut into small cubes.
