Pomegranate raita is an easy recipe, you can make it in five minutes. You can make it as a side dish for pulao or biryani or eat it as a snack also. It tastes like chaat items. The sweet taste of pomegranate, mild tangy taste of curd and flavors of spices gives a mixed taste to the raita. It was awesome.
Now let us see how to make pomegranate raita
Ingredients:
- Pomegranate Pearls – 1 cup
- Fresh curd – 1 ½ cup
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – a pinch
- Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander – for garnishing
Method:
Whisk the curd with hand blender. Add all powders to the curd and mix it well. Add pomegranate pearls to the curd mixture and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any pulao or biriyani.






Note:
Adjust the spice level to your taste.
Use fresh curd only.
Use mint leaves also for garnishing.
