Paasipayaru sweet sundal is an easy and healthy recipe. It contains full of protein and iron. I used organic jaggery. So the colour is dark. Paasipayaru is rich in protein and fiber. I already posted karamani sweet sundal.

Now let us see how to make
- Green gram – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 3 tablespoon
- Ghee – 2 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Jaggery – ¼ cup
Dry roast green gram till nice aroma comes. Soak it for two hours. Then cook green gram in the pressure cooker for two to three whistle or soft.
Drain Water. Boil jaggery with little water.
Strain and keep it aside. Add cooked green gram in the pan and add jaggery syrup. Add ghee.
Add cardamom powder and sauté till the water content of jaggery syrup evaporates.
Add grated coconut stir well and serve.
If you want you can temper the sundal also.
Adjust jaggery according to your taste.
