Orange Melon Smoothie is a healthy smoothie. You can take it as a wake up juice. Now melon season has started. So make this smoothie and refresh yourself.

Ingredients:
- Orange – 1
- Melon – 2 cups
- Mint Leaves – 10
- Sugar – 4 tsp

Method:
Peel the melon and discard the seeds. Cut in to small cubes. Peel the orange, leaving on the white pith.
Blend the orange, melon, mint and sugar in a blender till smooth.
Pour in to glasses and garnish with sprigs of mint and serve.



Note:
If you want your smoothie rich, you can add ½ cup milk or fresh curd while blending.
If you are diabetic, you can skip sugar.
