Tapioca is known as maravalli kizhangu, Kuchi kizhangu in Tamil. It is known as kappa kizhangu or kappa in Malayalam. We can make this puttu once in a while. It is good for morning break fast. I likes this puttu very much.


Ingredients:
- Tapioca – 500 gms
- Coconut – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup

Method:
Peel the hard skin of the tapioca and cut into large cubes. Wash it well and pressure cook for one sound.
When the steam subsides open the cooker and drain the water. Grate the tapioca in the grater.
Add sugar and grated coconut and mix it well and serve.



Note:
If you want you can add 1 tsp ghee When it is hot.
You can add grated jaggery also.
