I have a lot of mango recipes which needs to be posted, in my draft. I made mango sorbet during the last mango season. So during this mango season I’m starting with mango sorbet. You can substitute mango with any fruit of your choice which is easily available. Even fruits which provide coolness to the body can also be used.

Ingredient:
- Mango – 2
- Sugar – 50 gms (1/4 cup)
- Water – ½ cup + ¼ cup
- Lime – ½

Method:
Peel and chop mangoes. Add mango in a mixie and Grind well. Add lemon juice, ¼ cup of water and sugar and blend well. Pour it in the freezer safe container and freeze it. After two hours take out and scratch with a fork or blend it in the mixer. Repeat this process two to three times then only the sorbet will be smooth. Then freeze for about 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Scoop and serve.

Notes:
You can add water and sugar according to your taste.
Don’t make the mango pulp thick.
Diluted mixture will freeze quickly.
