Mango Mousse is a simple dessert with only three simple ingredients. If you have mango and fresh cream , you can make it quickly. Mango season has almost come to an end. So you can try this recipe and give your feedback.
Let us see how to make mango mousse
- Mango pulp – ¾ cup
- Fresh cream – ½ cup
- Sugar – 6 tsp
Peel the mango and discard the seed and cut into cubes. Blend well with sugar. Refrigerate glass bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Add fresh cream in the freezed bowl and beat well with a beater. Divide mango pulp into equal quantity. Add one amount of mango pulp to the fresh cream and mix well. Add remaining mango pulp in the serving glass and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Add fresh cream mango mixture over the mango pulp and again refrigerate for 10 minutes. Garnish with Chopped mango and serve chilled.
I used 2 Alphonso Mango.
Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of mango.
I used amul fresh cream.
You can garnish with chopped nuts also.
