Now it is mango season. You can make different mango recipes and enjoy . Mango milk popsicle is a simple and easy recipe. Even kids also can make this recipe easily.
Let us see how to make Mango Milk Popsicle
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Mango pulp – ¼ cup
Mix corn flour in little water. Boil milk with sugar. Add corn flour and stir well without lumps. Switch off the stove and allow to cool. Add mango pulp and mix thoroughly. Add in the popsicle mould and freeze for about 8 hours or overnight. Show the mould in running water and remove popsicle carefully from the mould.
Add sugar according to the sourness of mango.
If you want you can add any flavor of your choice (cardamom, saffron).
