There are a few more weeks for the mango season to end. So let’s try some recipes in mango. Now the mangoes are so sweet. Mango lassi is same as mango Ice cream. It is simple to make and healthy to drink.
Ingredients:
- Mango – 1 cup
- Fresh curd – 1 cup
- Water – ¼ cup
- Sugar – 6 tsp
- Mint – few
- Ice-cubes – 4

Method:
Peel and cut mango. Add mango, curd, water, Ice cubes and sugar in a blender and blend well.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chill.



Note:
You can add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Add grated nuts while serving.
You can add milk instead of water.
Add sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit.
