Mango Kesari is a seasonal recipe that can be made only during the Mango season. Mango Kesari recipe is easy to make by just adding the mango pulp or juice equal to rava in the final stage. As Mango is sweet smelling naturally it does not require any artificial flavors.
Now let us try this wonderful Mango Kesari Recipe:









Ingredients:
- Mango – 1/2 cup
- Rava- 1/2 cup
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
- Cashew – 10
- Raisin – 10






Method:
Heat water in a medium flame. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew and raisins and keep aside. In the same pan add rava and roast for a few minutes. Add boiling water to the roasted rava. Stir often. Cover the pan with a lid and cook. Once the rava is cooked add mango pulp and sugar and stir well. Finally add fried cashews and raisins. Grease the plate or a cup with little ghee and put the kesari. Press it well and release to the desired shape. Then cut with a knife and serve.
