Usually I make many mango recipes in every mango season, so as the season approaches I need many bottles to preserve the mango recipes. When I searched I found some little mango jam left out in a bottle. I was thinking how to use that jam. Then a thought suddenly struck me, I decided to make mango popsicle. I used the mango jam and made this recipe and it tasted so very good. Ultimately I got the bottle and a nice mango recipe.
- Mango Jam – 1 cup
- Boiled Milk – ½ litre
Add mango jam and little milk in the mixie and blend well.
Then add remaining milk and again blend it well.
Fill it in the popsicle mould and freeze it in the freezer for about 24 hours.
After 24 hours take it out and show under running tap water for a few seconds and serve.
You can use any jam instead of mango jam.
You can also use fresh fruits with sufficient quantity of sugar, instead of jam.
You can also use any syrup concentrates.
