Orange is good fruit for summer. If you feel thirsty you can take orange fruit. Orange is a good anti oxidant also. Regular intake of oranges prevent cancer too.
Now let us see how to make orange juice
- Orange – 3
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Ginger – ¼ tsp
- Ice cubes – 6
Cut the oranges in to half. Squeeze the oranges in the orange juicer and take the juice. Peel and finely chop the ginger or crush. Add ginger and sugar to the juice and stir till the sugar dissolves. Filter the juice and add ice cubes and serve.
Add sugar according to your taste or drink as such.
If you want you can add little lime juice also.
