Blue tea is a healthy tea. It is good for women. It controls women uterus problem and regulate the menstruation correctly. It is known as sangu poo in tamil, Butterfly pea in English. I had this plant in my terrace garden, so I tried this recipe. You can try with dried flowers too.
Let us see how to make blue tea

Ingredients:

  • Sangu poo(butterfly pea) – 4
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Lime juice – 2 drops

Method:

Add flowers in a bowl. Boil water. Add boiled water to the flower. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. strain it. Add honey and mix well. blue tea is ready. If you want you can add 2 drops of lemon juice. It will turn into purple colour.

Note:
If you add more lime juice, it will turn to pink colour.
If you want you can add palm sugar also.
