- Idli – 6 Nos.
- Onion (Finely chopped) – 1 big
- Green Chilli (Slit) – 1 No.
- Curry Leaves – A few
- Jeera Powder – ¼ Tsp
- Pepper Powder – ¼ Tsp
- Mustard seeds – ¼ Tsp
- Urad Dal – ¼ Tsp
- Oil for sauting – 3 Tsp
- Idli Podi – 2 Tsp
- Salt – ¼ Tsp
Crumble the idlis. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal, when it crackles add chopped onion, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute for a few minutes till it turns colorless. Add Jeera powder, pepper powder, salt, and sauté well. Then add crumbled idlis. Finally add idli podi and mix well and serve with some chutney of your choice.
