Mango smoothie is a midified form of mango ice cream. It is a easy version of mango ice cream. Heat produced by mango is cooled by milk and curd. You can also freeze the smoothie and take.



Ingredients:
- Riped mango – 1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Fresh curd – ¼ cup
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Ice cubes – 5



Method:
Peel and cut the mangoes. Reserve few pieces for garnishing. Add mangoes, little milk, curd and sugar in a mixie and blend well. Add remaining milk and blend again and serve chill with ice cubes.


Note:
If you want mango stick, you can fill this smoothie in the popsicle mould and freeze it.
Adjust sugar according to your taste.
