I love panner grapes but I do not like the seeds. So I made juice and strain the seeds. This juice is a good remedy for constipation and great appetizer too.
Now let us see how to make grape juice.



Ingredients:
- Panneer Grapes – 1 cup
- Sugar – to taste
- Ice cubes – 5



Method:
Wash the grapes. Add grapes and sugar in a blender and blend well. Strain through a strainer. Add ice cubes and serve chill.
Note:
If you want you can add pinch of chat masala powder.
