Fried Potato Finger Chips is a modified form of French Fries or the Potato Finger Chips except for it is made with lot of spices. This is a side dish mostly made. The spicy masala taste is unique and kids like it. The taste of Fried Potato Finger Chips depends on the nature of the Potatoes. If you select the fresh, larger ones it will taste too good.

Ingredients:
- Fried Potato Finger Chips Potato – 250 gms
- Garlic cloves – 10
- Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tblsp
- Fennel – ¼ tsp
- Cumin – ¼ tsp

Method:
Peel and chop the potato into ¼ inch thick Julian cuttings(finger chips). Crush the garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and add fennel, cumin and crushed garlic. When they crackle add potatoes and sauté for a while. Add chilli powder and salt and sauté. Spread evenly on the potato and cover the pan with a lid.
Open the lid often and stir till done. serve Hot with rice varieties.

Note:
Open the lid and stir often otherwise potato will stick in the bottom of the pan and burn.
Instead of red chilli powder you can add pepper powder also.
