I saw this recipe in Sharmis Passion. As the mango season will come to an end soon, I decided to try this recipe. This is a easy recipe. Every time to unmould the popsicle is a great task for me, but this time it came out well.
- Mango – 1 big
- Sugar – 2 tblsp + 2 tblsp
- Fresh yogurt – 1 cup
Peel and cut the mango and blend it with sugar in the mixie. Mix another 2 tblsp sugar to the curd and stir well. Pour mango pulp first in the popsicle mould. Then pour yogurt over the mango pulp. Finally finish it with remaining mango pulp. Freeze it in the freezer for more than six hours. After six hours show the mould under running water and unmould the popsicle and serve.
Blend the curd in the mixie also.
Use fresh curd only.
