Chicken Kheema Balls is a nice starter recipe that goes very well with even vegetarian menu. It is easy to make and tastes good. Even little amount of Chicken Kheema can be made into Chicken Kheema Balls to fill the need.

Ingredients:
- Chicken (Minced) – 250 Gms
- Fried Gram – 80 Gms
- Red Chilli – 3
- Green Chilli – 3
- Small Onion – 10
- Garlic – 5
- Ginger – ½ Inch
- Sombu – 1 Tsp
- Clove – 3
- Kasa Kasa – 1 Tsp
- Cashew -6
- Coconut (Grated) – 2 Tablespoon
- Coriander finely chopped – 2 Table Spoon
- Oil – To Fry
- Salt – To Taste



Method:
Powder Fried gram in a mixer blender and keep 3 table spoons separately. Add all other ingredients except coriander, chicken and Oil in the mixer blender and grind well. Then mix the ground mixer with powdered fried gram adding the separated fried gram powder little by little and mix well to a soft consistency. Then make into small balls and deep fry in the oil in a pan.



Note:
If you want you can add one egg also in the dough before making into balls.
Adjust fried gram, chillies, salt and spices according to your taste.
If the balls are hard after frying add little water, mix well and then make into balls and fry.
