Cantaloupe is known as Mulam Pazham in Tamil. It is a summer fruit. Cantaloupe season has come to an end. It also belongs to the melon family. I like the colour of the fruit very much.






Ingredients:
- Mulam Pazham (Cantaloupe) – ½
- Lime – ½
- Sugar – 5 tsp
- Water – ½ cup



Method:
Peel and chop the cantaloupe in to small cubes. Add cantaloupe, lemon juice, sugar and water in a mixie and blend well. Add ice cubes and serve chill.
Note:
If you want the juice thin you can add one cup of water.
You can add dash of honey over the juice while serving.
