Black Jamun Apple Smoothie is a purely diabetic recipe. Black jamun comes only in June, July and August. It is good for diabetes. Don’t throw away the seed. You can dry in the sun and powder it. Regular intake of this powder will control the blood sugar level.
Ingredients:
- Black Jamun – 10
- Apple – 1
- Lime – ½
- Low fat curd – ¼ cup






Method:
Deseed Black jamun. Peel and cut the apple. Add black jamun, apple in a mixie.
Add lime juice and grind it well.
Then add curd and blend few seconds.
Serve chill.
Without sugar also the smoothie will be very tasty.
